CONAGUA & the Mx Natl meterological service just issued an advisory from noon today to noon tomorrow.. possible torrential rains >150mm (That's six inches!).
 Probability of over 80% of rains between strong and torrential. 
Possible winds over 50km/hr (32mph) with intense storm activity with heavy rain at intervals, electrical activity, high waves, strong winds.
