VIDEO of scene after a golf cart & taxi (#001) accident, with reporter talking about the cart"s lack of plates, logo, or number, which has been rented to the tourists, and he wonders if there is insurance. He asks where are the authorities, particularly of the Mobility Institute, who should regulate this? And notes the ambulance is there assisting the tourist.  He asks the tourist where they rented it and how much it cost and she said next to Ultramar and that she paid $65 usd for 12 hours rental. She asks what is the problem and he explains she was overcharged, that this is the amount for 24 hours, and he apologizes. And again points out its lack of logo, plates, or number.  (The injured tourist has a minor knee injury according to Por Esto, which is how it appears in this video, also. Por Esto notes the cart was taken to the impound yard.)
