Work on the expansion of the Community Development Center in Isla Mujeres will soon be completed for the benefit of local families.
Las obras de ampliación del Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario en Isla Mujeres, en breve tiempo quedaran concluidas para beneficio de las familias locales.


To offer more courses and better facitilites, we are committed to providing classrooms, workshops, reception area, and bathrooms
Para ofrecer más cursos y mejores instalaciones, nos comprometimos a entregar aulas, talleres, recepción y baños.

 Work on the Community Development Center includes two classroom workshops, a reception area and bathrooms

English teacher Robert Gonella, who is Canadian, is offering a course in the English language on a voluntary basis. The classes are held at the Community Center in La Gloria, through the municipal department of Economic Development.
El maestro de ingles Robert Gonella, de origen canadiense, ofrece un curso de ingles de forma voluntaria. Las clases se imparten en el Centro Comunitario de la colonia La Gloria a través de la Dirección Municipal de Desarrollo Económico.
The municipal agency for Economic Development started a class in English that is free at the Community Center in la Gloria.

The mayor Agapito Sanchez Magaña, gave due recognition to Admiral Juan Ramón Alcalá Pignol, who is leaving the Fifth Naval Region base today in Isla Mujeres to take on new responsibilities with the Navy in the port of Veracruz.

The traveling exhibition arrived to the island "The Route of Our Identity" which is part of the activities for the 40th anniversary of Quintana Roo as a free and sovereign state.
