Apparently, the tourist decided to make a U turn,  and they made contact, causing the motorcycle to skid and hit the curb and rocks. The 310cc motorcycle suffered damage to the handlebars, broken parts, and dents, which the owner estimated will cost several thousand pesos to repair. He had a minor injury to his right foot, and said his speed didn't exceed 30 km/hr. They were awaiting the insurance agents, and the traffic police officer said both parties would be ticketed.
