Cold Front #37 has stationary characteristics in the northern portion of the Gulf to southern Florida, while over the Yucatan peninsula tropical maritime air from the Caribbean Sea with variable moisture content is being influenced by a high pressure system. Today's forecast for Isla Mujeres says: Mostly clear to occasionally cloudy skies, with very low probabilities of occasional isolated intermittent rains, and hot to very hot temperatures during the day, and NE winds at 10-20 kph, with occasional gusts.
Today, Isla Mujeres continues to report a total of 274 cases of C-19 with 25 deaths and 227 recovered. The state geoportal for February 23rd continues to report 6 active cases in Isla Mujeres as: Meteorologcio-3, Salina Grande-1, Amp la Gloria-1, and colonia 006-1. There have been no new cases nor deaths in the past 11 days, and the only change since February 13th has been the 227th recovery.

On Tuesday, municipal officials from various departments received training on the topic of Vulnerable Groups & Human Rights which was provided by the Commission on Human Rights of Quintana Roo (CDHEQROO) via ZOOM due to the New Normality brought on by Covid-19.
The Mayor posted: The covid-19 vaccination process continued for the third consecutive day to the senior citizens 60 and over of Isla Mujeres, a big step that gives us hope in this fight against the pandemic. Let's keep moving forward, let's combine efforts.
Numbered tickets were given to waiting seniors, and priority was given to seniors with disabilities and those 80 and older.
